Software for workshops

Show your customers their repair and get new jobs – good work gets around.

Your customers see the finding, approval and result on the job – you stand out and get fewer questions on the phone.

Day to day

Does even one of these points apply to you? Then you’re in exactly the right place.

  1. “Again: how far along are you?”

Your customers see the progress themselves.

  2. “Extra work? Explain it first.”

Ask for approval with a photo and a price. The decision stays on record.

  3. “Free slots, but too few requests.”

Requests from your area go to partner workshops – with photos and videos of the problem. You reply with an estimate or a price, binding only if you want it to be.

How many arrive depends on your region – we’re just getting started.

  4. “Online, nobody finds us.”

In our workshop search you appear as a partner – highlighted on the map.

  5. “Good work, but hardly any reviews.”

If you’ve added your Google review link, a button takes your customers to your review page once the job is done.

  6. “What does the customer mean?”

A request in Arabic? With “Translate” you read it in your language – and the customer reads your reply in theirs.

Many customers arrive worried – and want to see for themselves.

73%

of the car owners surveyed name at least one worry about visiting a workshop – most often excessive costs and unnecessary repairs.

According to customers, hardly any workshop offers this – your head start.

Not for you if …

  • … you’d rather stay old-fashioned.
  • … customers don’t matter that much to you.
  • … you enjoy explaining everything three times on the phone.
  • … you’d rather not show what you do to the car.
  • … you’d rather rip your customers off.

None of that applies? Then show it – you’re in the right place.

And if you change nothing?

  • Customer requests only go to partner workshops.
  • The ones who explain up front get recommended.
  • The phone keeps ringing.
  • Extra costs become your word against theirs.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Frequently asked questions from businesses

What extra does our team have to do?
Two photos and a few lines per job are usually enough: create the job, invite the customer and show what you want to show – ideally with the app for iPhone or Android. There is no connection to your workshop software; the customer list suggests customers you already know.
Do our customers need an account?
No. They open the job with the link or code from the invitation.
What is the subscription for?
With the subscription, you appear as a partner workshop on the map and can reply to requests from your area. No commission, no fee per request. Plans depend on the size of your team: Solo for 1 person, Team for 2 to 5 people, Business for 6 people or more.
Do payments go through Check deine Reparatur?
No. Your customers pay for the repair directly with you – in cash, by card or however you agree. Check deine Reparatur does not process the repair payment and does not record the payment transaction: what you charge stays between you and your customer.
What happens after the trial?
Unless you cancel, the paid subscription continues. You try it for free, once per workshop: you add a payment method when you sign up – if you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. If the subscription ends, jobs and documentation are kept.
